Please read the following carefully and click on the check box to signify your understanding of and agreement with the terms stated.
Class Schedules
Class details are subject to change. Please check schedules regularly. It is your responsibility to have a complete and conflict-free schedule.
Please be aware that classes may be dissolved. Regularly look for your classes in Class Schedules or in your Enlistment. The Remarks column will indicate "Class will be dissolved." It is your responsibility to remove yourself from a class that has been tagged for dissolution.
Failing Grades
Please have yourself re-advised upon failure of one or more classes. Log on to AISIS after such event and rearrange your enlistment.
Temporary Enlistment
If you are temporarily enlisted in one or more classes, as shown in the Confirmation page, you will be automatically removed from the class if you fail the prerequisite subject. Please check your grades upon release and have yourself re-advised when you receive failing marks.
Tagged Classes
Tagged Classes are classes that have restrictions as to who may enlist. Changes in tags and restrictions may occur during enlistment period and you can be removed from these classes.
Tuition Assessment
Please print your Tuition Assessment Form during the assessment period for the proper processing of your tuition payment.
Hold Order
In case you incur a Hold Order at the end of the semester, please settle it immediately with the concerned office. You will not be allowed to continue your enlistment or assessment if you have a Hold Order.
